ーAbout the productー

●Before using the product, please make sure that all accessories are in order.
●In the unlikely event that the product is damaged, incomplete, or defective, parts are missing, or the product differs from the order, please check the following information and contact us from the Contact Us page within 5 days from the date of arrival of the product in question.

-About shipping-
●Free shipping is available nationwide.
If you wish to use the rental equipment during the current month, we will ship the equipment in 5 days at the earliest.
We will deliver the rental equipment to your home on the rental start date (the day you start using the equipment). If you are not at home and do not receive the rental equipment on time, the rental start date (start of use date) will not change.


ーReturn of rental WIFIー
●The day following the rental end date (end of use date) is the return date for the loaned equipment.
Please return the rental equipment in the enclosed return envelope and drop it in the nearest post office box. The date of return will be the day after the end of the rental period.
If you do not notify us of any overdue rental, your rental will be suspended. In addition, a ¥500/day late fee will be .
In the event that the rental period is overdue and the product is not returned by the end of the rental period, or if the product is damaged or lost after the rental period, the customer will be notified and billed for the damage or loss of the product.


-About the contract-
●In case of extension, you will need to place another order. Please pay the continuation fee.
●Regarding cancellation:
①6-month contract holders: If you cancel during the contract period, a cancellation fee of 6,000 yen (tax included) will be charged.
②12-month contract holders: If you cancel during the contract period, a cancellation fee of 8,000 yen (tax included) will be charged.
(In the case of a Saturday, Sunday, or a national holiday, the closing date will be the previous business day. If you have not contacted us, we will not be able to issue a refund even if you were unable to use the product due to a defect on our side. Similarly, if you have purchased equipment at your own discretion, we will not be able to issue a refund. It will take at least one month for the telecommunication carrier or wholesaler to confirm and examine the usage status for refunds.
In the event of loss or damage to rental items or accessories other than the Wi-Fi router, the following reimbursement fee will be charged.
If any rental items or accessories other than the Wi-Fi router are lost or damaged, we will charge you the following compensation fees.

●When applying, Hanabi Mobile will ask you to upload identification documents to verify your identity. Please upload an image of your identity verification document and we will conduct a document review.

For the upload procedure, Upload your identity verification documents. Please submit one of the following documents (driver's license, health insurance card, residence card, passport)

■For Foreign Residents: We will ask you to upload your personal identification documents (Japan Residence Card) to verify your identity at the time of application. Please upload an image of your identification documents for document screening.
