●We will deliver it to your home on the rental start date (start date of use). Even if there is a delay in receiving the rented equipment due to your absence, the rental start date (usage start date) will not change.
ーReturn of rental WIFIー
●The day following the rental end date (end of use date) is the return date for the loaned equipment.
●Please return the rental equipment in the enclosed return envelope and drop it in the nearest post office box. The date of return will be the day after the end of the rental period.
●If you do not notify us of any overdue rental, your rental will be suspended. In addition, a ¥500/day late fee will be .
●In the event that the rental period is overdue and the product is not returned by the end of the rental period, or if the product is damaged or lost after the rental period, the customer will be notified and billed for the damage or loss of the product.
-About the contract-
If you wish to extend the period, you will need to place a new order. Please place an order from Rental Extension Page.
If the product is not returned after the rental period has ended, if the return date has passed, or if the product is damaged or lost after being returned, we will notify the customer and invoice them.
●(If the order falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the order will be closed on the previous business day) [Regarding refunds in the event of a problem] In principle, we will only respond if you contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. Even if you are unable to use the service due to an error on our part, we will not be able to provide a refund unless you contact us. Similarly, even if you purchase equipment at your own discretion, we cannot accept refunds. When making a refund, it will take at least one month for the usage status to be confirmed and reviewed by the telecommunications carrier or wholesaler.
If any rental items or accessories other than the Wi-Fi router are lost or damaged, we will charge you the following compensation fees.
